Welcome to AniSketch! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our image transformation service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AniSketch, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AniSketch provides an online tool that allows users to upload photos and receive stylized, nostalgic animation-inspired artwork through artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

You may browse some parts of our website without registration. To use our transformation service, you may be required to provide your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and activity.

4. Content Policy & Prohibited Material

IMPORTANT: NSFW Content is Strictly Prohibited

AniSketch has a zero-tolerance policy for Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content. This includes but is not limited to sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate material of any kind.

Automated Content Detection

We employ automated systems to detect and block inappropriate content. Any attempt to upload NSFW material will be automatically rejected, and you will see a message indicating that your content has been blocked.

User Conduct

By using our service, you agree not to:

  • Upload any NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate content
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory
  • Upload images containing explicit violence or hateful material
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass our content detection systems
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without written permission

5. Payments and Refunds

Some features of the service may require payment. All purchases are final due to the digital nature of our product.

No Refunds for NSFW Content Attempts

If you make a payment and subsequently attempt to upload NSFW or inappropriate content, you are NOT eligible for any refund. This policy is strictly enforced.

For legitimate technical issues not related to content policy violations, please contact us at hello@anisketch.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the original images you upload, provided they comply with our content policy. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to process those images solely for the purpose of delivering the requested transformation.

Transformed Images

Upon completing a transformation of approved content, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the output for personal, non-commercial use. For commercial rights, please contact us directly.

Our Content

All content, branding, and functionality on the AniSketch platform — excluding user-uploaded images — are owned by AniSketch and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.

7. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Automatically scan and reject uploads that violate our content policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly attempt to upload prohibited content
  • Refuse service to users who violate these terms
  • Report illegal content to appropriate authorities when required by law

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniSketch shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service. This includes any issues arising from content that is rejected by our automated systems.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain uninterrupted access, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice, especially for content policy enforcement.

11. Disclaimers

AniSketch is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any animation studio or company. Our service is offered "as is," with no warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our content detection systems will catch all inappropriate material, and users are responsible for ensuring their uploads comply with our policies.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AniSketch operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
